Rental Conditions

Requirement to Lessee
Minimum age of Lessee, according to Insurance Agreement, equals to 23 years of age. Lessee must provide driving license, issued more than 3 years ago, and his or her citizen passport. Driving license must be valid for Ukraine. Lessor can deny signing Rental Agreement in case age/driving experience of Lessee is less than required by Insurance Agreement, or in case Lessee had a written notice of Road Traffic Rules violation in the past 2 years.

Delivery/Collection of vehicle:
Delivery and collection of vehicle at “ANDI” Office is free of charge (from 9:00 till 19:00), in the evening time and early morning (19:00 – 22:00, 7:00 – 9:00) – 10 $, at nighttime (22:00 – 7:00) – 50$.

Additional driver:
When there is a necessity of additional driver to drive the vehicle, it is necessary to include driving license and passport data of additional driver, who will drive the vehicle too, in the Rental Agreement. If there is a necessity to grant right to drive the vehicle to more than two drivers, then fees for any vehicle rental rises according to agreement of sides.

Fuel:
In case of returning vehicle with less amount of fuel than it is stated in the Rental Agreement of the vehicle, additional payment for fueling up in charged. Client bears full material responsibility for vehicle damage because of using non-qualitative fuel. Driving beyond territory of Ukraine is forbidden.

Fines:
In case of losing technical passport a fine of 200 $ is imposed. In case of losing vehicle keys a fine of 200 $ is imposed.

Rental fees:
Fees of vehicle rental without driver include lubricant waste, technical service, third-party liability insurance, but don’t include fuel consumption. Daily fee is charged on the basis of renting out a vehicle to a client for 24 hours. If the prolongation of rental has not been agreed to in advance and the client has exceeded time of rental for 3 hours, rental fee is charged for next day in full size. In case of long-term rental fee discounts are foreseen.
